The ELDER CARE program is designed to assist seniors to "AGE IN PLACE" rather than enter institutional care by providing basic essential services.

- Social Activities to prevent health issues resulting from isolationism

Family Strengthening Program
In 2020, five (5) Boynton Beach social service agencies formed an alliance to assess needs and resolve barriers of recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Alliance has now grown to eleven (11) non-profit organizations that create a "community-based system of care" addressing inequities highlighted by the pandemic to better enable and sustain economic mobility for its residents.

WHO WE ARE
Launched in 2013, FARTHER Outreach is a project under the auspices of the Boynton Beach Faith Based Community Development Corp. ( "Boynton Beach CDC" ), a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation located in the city of Boynton Beach.
Our mission is to empower people to develop innovative thinking to effectuate change in their daily living by accepting responsibility for the nurturing of their families and respective communities.
FARTHER Outreach is dedicated to providing opportunities to individuals and their families in the inner cities of Palm Beach County.
In a team-oriented work environment, Team Members and participants work together to identify barriers keeping them from reaching their goals and develop reachable plans to achieve sustainable outcomes that enrich the quality of lives. Team Members have access to resources and provide services that enable participants to grow and become self-sufficient in the communities where they both live and work.
