FARTHER OUTREACH

GARTHER OUTREACH LOGO.png

FARTHER OUTREACH Program addresses two critical unmet needs: 1) Housing for special needs individuals and 2) the need for PrEP awareness, especially for African American women.

The Program provides advocacy, case management, and interactive activities that create a supportive community to meet the basic needs of the individuals, identified through assessment, as economically and socially disadvantaged, mentally challenged, and/or facing barriers and stigmatization due to homelessness.
